Rooted Counseling Services’ - Client Care Program

Rooted Counseling Services will send and receive text messages from contacts who have consented to such messages. Messages are used to help facilitate the scheduling and intake process. Message and data rates may apply when using this feature to communicate with our practice.

Messages will only occur as needed to begin the scheduling process and will occur during the hours of 8am- 9pm EST, Monday through Saturday. If you would like to opt-out of using the message feature, you can do so by replying ‘STOP' at which point you will receive one final text confirming you will no longer be active in our texting and messaging system. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
